Silver Lake is a 72-unit Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit residential community. In order to be eligible for housing in this community, you must meet the income eligibility requirements established by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Your gross household income cannot exceed 60% of the Hillsborough County area median income (AMI).
